“Credit” means an amount equivalent to Eligible Partner’s monthly recurring fees related to Eligible Subscriptions. One-time fees and annual fees are excluded from this calculation. Credits are issued in the same currency as per the Eligible Partner Account.
“Eligible Partner” means any organization that (i) joins the Sherweb Reseller or Distributor Partner Program during the Promotion Period; (ii) under the Sherweb Standard Partner Pricing; (iii) that is an IBPI Member upon the First Transaction Date, and (iii) that registers for this promotion using the online web form located here: https://info.sherweb.com/IBPI-members-offer.html during the Promotion Period. Existing Partners and Advisors are not eligible for this promotion.
“Eligible Subscriptions” means any and all services subscriptions for Canadian and American End-Customers provisioned under the PMSA 120 days after the Partner Registration Date.
“IBPI Member” means a current member of the IBPI.
“PMSA” means the Partner Master Service Agreement located here.
“Promotion Period” means the period beginning on January 31 2021 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ending on December 31, 2021 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
“First Transaction Date” means the Eligible Partner’s first subscription added to an organization in the partner portal here: https://cumulus.sherweb.com.
“Sherweb Standard Partner Pricing” means the standard pricing offered by Sherweb under Sherweb Partner Program, without any discount or promotion.
“Partner Registration Date” means the Eligible Partner’s Account Creation Date.

Terms and Conditions
* Eligible Partners are entitled to receive a Credit up to a maximum amount of $1,000.00. Such Credit will be applied against Eligible Partner’s invoice issued between one hundred and twenty (120) to one hundred and eighty (180) days after their First Transaction. In the event an Eligible Partner cancels an Eligible Subscription prior to the expiration of a twelve (12) month period after the initial subscription date, Eligible Partner shall reimburse Sherweb the portion of the Credit attributed to such cancelled subscription, which shall be the equivalent of the monthly recurring fees applicable to such cancelled subscription prior to cancellation.

Sherweb reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to disqualify a registration for any reasons it judges legitimate. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offered by Sherweb. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the PMSA.
