Yes, you can purchase and manage NCE offers by logging in to the Sherweb portal.
Monthly term subscriptions in NCE are priced at a 20% premium compared to annual term subscriptions because of the added flexibility it provides.
Microsoft announced a pricing increase for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 SKUs in August. On average, these SKUs will increase by 15%. These prices are effective as of March 1, 2022, whether you’re on the legacy platform or NCE. For more details, read Microsoft’s announcement.
A new enforced cancellation policy replaces the previous prorated cancellation policy. While NCE still offers a prorated amount for cancellations, it only applies if the cancellation is done within 7 days of the subscription purchase.
Seat counts can be increased at any time but can only be decreased within 7 days after the initial order or renewal date.
For customers that require flexibility over the course of the year, we recommend a combination of monthly and annual term seats so that monthly term seat counts can be changed on a monthly basis to reflect a customer’s needs.
Microsoft has announced the end of legacy subscriptions starting January 1, 2024. Customers who still have legacy Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 subscriptions will need to migrate to an equivalent NCE SKU. This applies to all SKUs available through NCE.
No, annual terms can only be converted to a 3-year term.

Transfer of a customer subscription from one partner tenant to another partner tenant is not supported in New Commerce.
