These three changes influence your FY27 incentives:

  • No more core rebate for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
  • The Growth Accelerator has increased to 12.5% for Modern Work and Dynamics 365.
  • Starting October 1, 2026, Microsoft is reducing partner margins by 5% for some legacy and standalone products.
